Order Processing

• Enter dealer orders into the BOS System based on product, quantity, and requested delivery dates.
• Transfer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person-in-charge.
• Create scheduled orders from regional teams into the supplier system to obtain order numbers and update them into the BOS System.

Purchase & Documentation Verification

• Verify all purchases to ensure accuracy in quantity, product, and value before processing.
• File invoices systematically for record-keeping and future reference.
• Check documents received from transporters (Invoices / Delivery Orders / Delivery Tickets) for payment claims.
• Ensure all documents submitted are complete and accurate for IPTB’s internal records.

Operational Coordination

• Monitor and ensure that orders are processed and delivered to stations without disruption.
• Highlight any issues or irregularities to the appropriate parties for further action.
• Maintain strong coordination between dealers, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to support seamless operations.

Job Requirements

• SPM or Diploma in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in order processing, logistics coordination, supply chain administration, or related areas (preferred).
• Fresh graduates with a relevant academic background and a strong interest in operations are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with ERP, BOS, or supplier ordering systems is an added advantage.
