- Position Title: Sales & Dealer Executive I

- Reporting Line: Manager of BWB / Head of Buraqmart
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: Bukit Jelutong (with regional travel as required)
2. Job Purpose
- The Sales & Dealer Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth for the Bottled Water Business Segment through dealer acquisition, dealer management, and sales execution across B2B, retail, and institutional channels. The role focuses on expanding dealer networks, achieving monthly sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring effective market coverage while maintaining company pricing, credit, and brand standards.
3. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets for bottled water products.
- Execute sales plans across multiple channels including dealers, retailers, offices, institutions, and community outlets.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active customers.
- Support subscription-based sales models (where applicable), including corporate and community programs.
Dealer Development & Management
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new dealers in assigned territories.
- Manage existing dealer accounts, including order planning, replenishment, and relationship management.
- Ensure dealers comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and payment terms.
- Monitor dealer performance and recommend corrective or growth actions.
Market Execution & Coverage
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and brand presence.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors’ pricing, promotions, and distribution activities.
- Support merchandising and basic trade marketing initiatives when required.
Order Management & Coordination
- Prepare sales orders, forecasts, and basic demand planning for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up on outstanding payments in accordance with approved credit terms.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) including dealer performance and pipeline status.
- Maintain accurate customer and dealer records.
- Support management with ad-hoc analysis and sales-related documentation when required.
4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly sales revenue achievement
- Number of active dealers and new dealer sign-ups
- Sales growth by territory/channel
- Order conversion rate and repeat purchase rate
