Job Description

  • Assist East Coast Operational task to achieve the company objective on operation fuel delivery, dealing and arranging delivery with transporters, dealing with Petron terminal, penetrating new markets, developing new stations, and analyzing business opportunities.
  • Assist East Coast Operational task and solve problems related to business partners' daily operations.
  • Responsible for Sales and marketingof Lubricant to achieve target which include finding and engaging with new customers and collect payment.
  • Providing detail explanation and guidance for a new potential business partner regarding the new station.
  • Assist the Senior Regional Manager in managing and supervising new station development under
  • Project Management Team.
  • Manage new applications, enquiries, do site visits, prepare a report, and complete the documents needed before proceeding to the East Coast Regional Office.
  • Liaise with Ministry of Domestic Trade, Cooperative and Consumerism (MDTCC), Local Authorities and other related government bodies.
  • Maintain good relationship with the new and existing business partner in developing new direction of operation procedures and policies.
  • Train, guide and encourage business partners to develop and upgrading station based on rebranding program.
  • Can work with minimum Supervise, multitasking, honest dan trustworthy and receive order from East Coast Team from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree level in a related equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales & operation field.
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive thinking, leadership, and confidence in dealing with third parties.
  • Excellent in reporting, filing, documentation, and record-keeping abilities.
  • Familiarity in dealing withthe government sector and the public sector.
  • Familiarity with local authority law, governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of political, economic issues, and laws and regulations.
  • Ability to interpret sales and operational issues in a practical solution.
  • High proficiency in communication (written & verbal).
