Job Description

1. Sales & Performance

• Achieve monthly sales and GP margin target (>25%)
• Drive sales of key products (e.g. BuraqCool, RTE items)
• Execute promotions and improve sales performance

2. Outlet Operations

• Ensure smooth daily operations (opening, closing, cashier)
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper merchandising
• Ensure product availability on shelves

3. Inventory Control

• Manage stock using FIFO and expiry checks
• Monitor stocks levels amd reorder when needed
• Ensure accurate stock records in AutoCount
• Reduce stock losses and slow-moving items

4. Staff Supervision

• Supervise and manage outlet staff
• Prepare duty roster and ensure enough manpower
• Train staff on SOP and customer service

5. Customer service 

• Ensure good customer experience in store
• Handle customer complaints professionally

6. Compliance & SOP

• Follow company SOPs (cash handling, stock, operations)
• Support basic Halal compliance requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards

7. Reporting 

• Report daily sales and issues
• Highlight problems and propose action plans

Job Requirements

Education:

• Diploma in Business Administration or Retail Management, or any related background 

Years of Experience:

• Min 2 years retail experience
• Basic leadership and POS system knowledge (AutoCount preferred)
