Job Description

A Supply Chain Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of goods, from raw material procurement to final delivery, focusing on cost efficiency, inventory optimization, and logistics. They develop strategies to mitigate risks, manage vendor relationships, and use data analysis to improve operational performance, ensuring smooth, timely operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Sourcing: Identify vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage purchasing.
• Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate transportation routes and oversee warehousing.
• Demand Planning: Analyze sales data to forecast future inventory needs.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, analyze performance metrics (KPIs), and implement improvements.
• Risk Management: Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
• Collaboration: Work with internal departments like sales, finance, and production.
