As one of Malaysia’s leading design-and-build firms, we are looking for a creative professional with at least 2 years of experience in residential projects—someone who understands the nuances of transforming a house into a home. We foster a people-first environment where your design voice is heard and your professional journey is supported. What You'll Be Doing:
<ul>
<li>Able to generate innovative, creative and trendy designs in accordance to the client’s requirements and budget.</li>
<li>To prepare proposal drawings for design presentations and detailed drawings for confirmed projects.</li>
<li>Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure timely and quality project delivery.</li>
<li>Coordinate between client and all internal departments to ensure smooth progress and handover of the project.</li>
<li>To undertake any responsibilities assigned by superiors or management of the company.</li>
<li>To complete tasks given with excellent time management skills and able to meet tight deadlines.</li>
</ul>
