Job Description

  • Prepare and cook Chinese Muslim cuisine according to restaurant standards. 
  • Ensure food quality, taste, consistency, and presentation meet company expectations. 
  • Develop and introduce new menu items and seasonal promotions. 
  • Manage food preparation, inventory, and kitchen stock levels. 
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.

Job Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Chinese or Chinese Muslim cuisine. 
  • Strong knowledge of wok cooking, noodles, rice dishes, soups, seafood, and traditional Chinese Muslim dishes. 
  • Experience in managing kitchen operations and kitchen staff. 
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. 
  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules. 
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and leadership qualities.
