Job Description

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. 
• Manage table reservations and maintain the seating list. 
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure a pleasant arrival experience. 
• Coordinate table assignments with the service team to maximize seating efficiency. 
• Provide guests with menus and explain promotions or special offers when required. 
• Handle guest inquiries, waiting lists, and special requests professionally. 
• Answer incoming phone calls related to reservations and customer enquiries. 
• Monitor the restaurant entrance and waiting area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming. 
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team regarding guest flow and seating arrangements. 
• Assist in resolving guest concerns or direct them to the Restaurant Manager when necessary. 
• Ensure excellent customer service and create a positive first and last impression for every guest. 
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and grooming policies at all times. 
• Perform other front-of-house duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen. 
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. 
• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in the F&B industry is an advantage. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English. 
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality. 
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays. 
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
