About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive HR Assistant Intern to support our HR team in daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Help with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing letters, contracts, and reports.
• Assist in organizing staff events and training sessions.
• Support HR team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
   

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and employment laws (a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
