Job Description
Assist in the research and development of Isolab's business.
- Conduct experiments & demonstration to optimize the tests.
- Collaborate with the team to develop POCT diagnostics & microbiology pre-poured media practices.
- Analyze data and report findings to the clinical and development team.
- Prepare daily microbiology certificates of analysis , learn growth performance test and sterility testing .
- Support the development of educational materials , CME and workshops related to laboratory diagnostics and industrial microbiology
- manage medical device operations and prepare meeting minutes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Medical Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of microbiology, clinical diagnostics, and laboratory practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or equivalent productivity tools.
- Strong willingness to learn.
