  Job brief:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support our Digital Marketing, Omnichannel, and Livestream operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, content creation, social media management, customer engagement, and online campaign execution. The intern will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams and gain exposure to different aspects of the digital business environment.

Job Description:

• Assist in the execution of digital marketing and promotional activities across various online platforms.
• Support social media management, including content scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
• Assist in creating marketing content such as social media posts, promotional materials, videos, and other digital assets.
• Support e-commerce and omnichannel activities, including product listings, campaign updates, and online platform maintenance.
• Assist in livestream planning, preparation, and operational support.
• Monitor online trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Assist in collecting and preparing reports on marketing campaigns and online performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support ongoing projects and marketing initiatives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement strategies.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to assigned projects.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned to support departmental objectives and business needs.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Multimedia, Communications, or any related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and online business operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
