Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and growing E-Commerce channels across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Support the team in developing and executing E-Commerce business strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor E-Commerce platforms, marketplace performance, sales trends, and customer behaviour.
• Assist in managing assigned Key Accounts and maintaining good relationships with clients and platform partners.
• Support the development and execution of Key Account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, platform activities, and marketing initiatives.
• Gain hands-on experience in TikTok, live streaming, and E-Commerce marketing activities.
• Manage and update Marketplace Seller Centers, including product listings, promotions, campaigns, and basic platform operations.
• Assist in managing platform advertising and promotional activities to improve sales performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Monitor sales performance, campaign results, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports and analysis.
• Assist in managing budgets and promotional spending to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify consumer trends and new business opportunities.
• Support customer and platform negotiations under the guidance of the manager or senior team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, platform representatives, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing SOPs, processes, and E-Commerce operations.
• Support new initiatives and projects to drive business growth and improve overall E-Commerce performance.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about E-Commerce, digital platforms, social media, and online business.
• Basic knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other E-Commerce platforms is an added advantage.
• Interest or basic knowledge in TikTok and live streaming is preferred.
• Familiarity with Marketplace Seller Center and online advertising platforms is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with the team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are an added advantage.
