Job Description

We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Key Account Management Executive/ Key Account Specialist/ Key Account Manager to oversee our client accounts. In this role, you will cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, serve as the primary contact for all key client issues, anticipate client needs, ensure that client targets are achieved, and support their success. As a Client Management Specialist/Executive, you will also be responsible for managing client accounts, implementing campaign strategies, maintaining reports, and monitoring solution approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee business strategies and direction for the E-Commerce Channel
  • Possess familiarity with major E-Commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok)
  • Have a strong understanding of TikTok and live streaming
  • Guide Key Accounts to fulfill business strategies
  • Formulate Key Account Plans & Strategies for designated accounts
  • Effectively implement and execute plans to achieve business goals and KPIs
  • Manage budgets and maximize ROI through strategic planning
  • Accountable for meeting annual sales, profit targets, and A&P expenses
  • Understand market and consumer demands, adapting strategies as needed
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to remain the preferred choice for any initiatives
  • Lead customer negotiations regarding commercial strategies
  • Possess platform marketing knowledge to execute advertising campaigns
  • Have essential knowledge of marketplace seller center operations
  • Continuously advocate for new initiatives to enhance all SOPs and processes

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Background in account management, retail procurement, or project management specifically within e-commerce advertising is a significant plus
  • Familiarity with online marketing, merchandising, or campaign planning is beneficial
  • A bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Finance is desirable
  • Proficient in English, with Mandarin as an additional advantage
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in eCommerce is essential, with a requirement for thorough eCommerce knowledge
