Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide customer service and application support via telephone, remote assistance, and email.
    
2. Handle incoming calls from end users and perform first contact resolution.
    
3. Install, configure, and set up Accounting & POS systems according to business requirements.
    
4. Set up POS hardware such as barcode scanners, receipt printers, and other peripherals.
    
5. Perform software and hardware updates, upgrades, and migration tasks.
    
6. Ensure all support tickets are resolved within the required timeframe.
    
7. Conduct onsite system implementation and user training.
    
8. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related technical issues.
    
9. Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin is an added advantage).
   
• Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting System, POS System, or other relevant software is an advantage.
   
• Possess a Diploma in IT / Accounting / Business / Marketing or equivalent qualification.
   
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision; self-driven and result-oriented.
   
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
   
• Willingness to learn and master new applications quickly.
   
• Preferably with own transport and willing to travel.
   
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
