* Provide full administrative support to the *Sales & Marketing Department*, including preparing quotations and follow up with customers

* Assist the team in following up with customers and handling inquiries promptly.

* Prepare and send *email blasts* for promotions, announcements, and product updates.

* Manage and post engaging content on the company’s *social media platforms* (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

* *Create and edit marketing materials* — including posters, product images, and short promotional videos — for online and offline use.

* Maintain and update customer and marketing databases.

* Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, events, and product promotions.

Job Requirements

*Requirements:*

* Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

* Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Familiar with email marketing tools and social media management.

* Basic skills in *video editing, **graphic design, and **content creation* (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
