Job Description
Purchase Order (PO) - AP cum Finance Asst
- Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) in AutoCount system based on purchase requests.
- Verify supplier details,item descriptions,quantities,and pricing before issuing PO.
- Send approved PO to supplier and follow up on order confirmation.
- Update and maintain accurate PO records in the AutoCount system.
- Coordinate with supliers and internal departments regarding order status and delivery.
- Ensure all PO documents are properly filed and recorded for reference.
- Booking flight ticket.
- Counting staff OT / travelling allowance expenses.
- Fresh graduate Rm 2300 - Rm2500
- With experience AC accounting software Rm2600 - Rm2800
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma ( Required )
Excellant communication skills ( Written and Spoken )
AutoCount software skills required ( training will be provided )
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
