Job Description

  • Develop new accounts and manage relationships with current customers.
  • Effectively plan and organize sales activities, ensuring timely submission of reports for optimal business growth.
  • Assess client needs and offer tailored solutions, suitable applications, and address complaints and other issues.
  • Foster strong customer relationships.
  • Deliver basic technical support to customers as needed.
  • Demonstrate consistent ability to acquire new accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing customer accounts.
  • Manage collections and track delivery statuses.
  • Create presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Collaborate proactively with fellow team members.
  • Generate monthly reports, participate in meetings, and attend training sessions.
  • Aim to achieve monthly sales targets established by management.
  • Collect feedback from customers or prospects and relay it to internal teams.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficient in English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin
  • Diploma / Degree / relevant certification
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in sales or similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and results-driven
