Job Description

• Collaborate with managers and clients to establish project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with the organization's goals
• Manage internal and external resources to ensure projects stay within defined scope, timelines, and budgets
• Evaluate project progress and make necessary adjustments to scope or timelines to achieve the best outcomes
• Delegate roles and responsibilities to team members according to their strengths and competencies
• Support the development of team members' skills and share insights with other staff
• Meet organizational objectives while following established standards and best practices
• Ensure that all project components are well-organized and meet timeline and deliverable requirements
• Create and manage a project performance database to monitor overall progress and milestone achievements
• Allocate and oversee resources efficiently to enhance project productivity and maximize deliverables
• Communicate project risks and results to relevant management channels, escalating issues as outlined in the project work plan
• Act as the primary communication link between company teams and external resources
• Strengthen partnerships with external entities, including third-party vendors and researchers

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience in coordinating internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients effectively.
• Demonstrated success working in a corporate environment with all levels of management.
• Strong communication skills with excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
