Job Description

• Assist the Business Development team in being the front line warrior and ambassador for the company, representing our best.
• Assist the Business Development Team in increasing sales, bringing in new and maintaining existing client accounts.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and present company credentials.
• Assist to prepare proposals to clients, and draft quotations.
• Responsible for task status follow-up / update reports for managers.
• Contribute to the Business Development Team’s achievement of performance targets / goals and employees performance.
• Assist in upselling and farming client accounts to ensure long term partnerships.
• Assess credibility of our engaged clients, to ensure we partner with great brands. 
• Assist in building brand relationship with our clients for the long-term.

Job Requirements

1. Up-to-date with Digital Marketing industry, has good understanding of its application across various industries.
2. Has a highly positive & communicative attitude with passion to learn.
3. Possesses good organization skills and detailed in work.
4. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand multiple local languages preferable.
5. Has a Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or relevant working experience of 1-3 years especially in business and marketing.
6. Ability to learn and work with new systems and tools.
7. Flexible with work arrangements and sociable, able to speak and present in front of small to medium groups, in person and over calls.
8. Work well under pressure of tight deadlines, and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
9. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and perform consistently.
10. Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop at all times.
11. Being up-to-date and active on social media channels.
