<li>Assist Manager in research, planning, conceptualization, designing, coordinating, and executing social media marketing materials/contents/projects such as advertisement, social media campaigns, festival greetings/trends/themes/seasonality, and any digital media-related matter to raise awareness and drive traffic that aligns with the values of our/clients’ platforms.</li>
<li>Conducting online research to understand and stay updated on audience preferences and current trends in social media advertising and marketing.</li>
<li>Tracking of social media coverages based on project requirements, assisting with coming up with comments for review projects or campaigns.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate communications with micro-KOLs for projects and track all their accounts, posts, and comments based on project requirements.</li>
<li>Analyze the ads performance of ongoing and past projects to provide insights for future campaigns. To continuously observe and study trends in social media and community marketing.</li>
<li>Assist in tracking, creating, generating, analyzing, and presenting social media/performance reports.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with various department team members in brainstorming, planning, and executing marketing campaigns/strategies.</li>
<li>Support direct manager to provide excellent support and services to our valued partners and clients.</li>
