IT Functional and Support Consultant

About the Role

JSONE is looking for skilled and motivated candidate to join the team. As a Functional & Support Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals using the latest technologies to design and develop solutions for use and integration of IT systems for our customer, particularly in the area of SAP and OpenText Software. 

Responsibilities:

As a Functional & Support Consultant, you will be actively involved in:

• The complete development cycle for clients or projects: which involves solutioning, implementing, testing and development testing.
• Solution implementation for SAP or OpenText projects.
• The ability to analyse customer requirements and understand the solution, ensuring the overall consistency of the software to match the customer’s need should be your primary objectives.
• Share team commitments and the opportunity to contribute in solution design, development, testing or implementation phases.
• Perform software delivery tasks such as solution design, development, testing, and implementation)
• Solution presentation, user training and able to support post go live support.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or Professional Qualification of any field
• Working experience in the related filed will be an added advantage
• Team-oriented: You are proud of team achievements and ready to support and in term, your team always have your back.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay
• Outstanding inter-personal communication skill are essential
• Required Skills: Hands on experience with experiences on SAP, ABAP, OpenText, JAVA or JavaScript will be added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
