Internship opportunity at a fast-paced digital creative agency to support weekly social media content production. The role involves brainstorming creative ideas, shooting and editing short-form video reels, designing social assets, assisting senior designers with edits and resizing, organizing shared assets, and learning agency workflows and client brief handling.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Reels & Video Production: Brainstorm creative concepts, shoot raw footage, and edit engaging video reels/short-form content weekly for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Social Asset Design: Design eye-catching static graphics, carousel posts, and promotional multimedia assets tailored for social media campaigns.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with seniors to apply client feedback and design revisions, learning how to adapt quickly to changing project priorities and market trends.
• Visual Tweaks & Resizing: Assist senior designers by adapting existing visuals/videos for different platform specs, resizing layouts, and applying quick edits. Apply feedback from senior designers and clients to refine design details and meet brand requirements.
• Asset & File Organization: Help maintain and organize shared asset libraries, templates, and design systems to ensure a smooth, efficient team workflow.
• Positive work ethic & Punctuality: Maintain a proactive attitude, ensuring all assigned tasks are high quality, accurate, and delivered on time.
• Continuous Learning: Actively seek feedback from seniors, stay curious about new design trends, and eagerly adopt internal tools and agency processes.

Requirements & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or related field.
• A portfolio showcasing school or personal projects that demonstrate foundational layout skills, visual sense, and video editing capabilities.
• Hands-on familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Jianying, Premiere Pro, or After Effects) and basic video shooting using cameras or smartphones.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Interest in using AI tools to enhance design workflows and creativity.
• Able to converse in both English and Mandarin.
