The Payment Operator will be responsible for managing online financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in player deposits and withdrawals, and maintaining compliance with internal financial procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and verify online payment transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Maintain accurate records of daily financial activities and reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate with accounting and operations teams to ensure smooth fund flow.
• Monitor transaction reports and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Provide timely financial updates and reports to management.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Malaysian nationality. 
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online payment systems.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.
