<li>Support and handle administrative related works for all property management related activities, renewing tenancy agreements on a timely basis, and manage all tenancy-related errands, including agreement, monthly reports, annual rental budget report, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure that all tenancy agreement files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with statute and company policy. Develop and maintain good relationships with landlords, real estate agents and contractors. </li>
<li>Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee property maintenance / renovation tasks. Assist in conducting property inspections to assess and document condition. </li>
<li>Work closely with other departments on property management related matters including admin, purchasing , finance department and other ad-hoc matters that may arise from time to time.</li>
</ul>
