Job Description

  • Develop relevant training, implementing and maintaining strategies with results.
  • Developing and maintaining training materials including lesson plans, group activities, the method for instructions, presentations, role-plays and assessments.
  • Documenting and maintaining a records of data of the Customer Services Representative under training.
  • Research and analyze new trends, tools, and industry best practices for Learning and Development.
  • Provide training expertise to onboard new team members and leveraging development programs for a constructive development.
  • Arrange a training resources and select an appropriate external training supplier resources in a timely manner.
  • Collecting relevant information and setting goals accordingly.
  • Communicate and consults with others trainer,managers and leadership.
  • Coordinate and monitor enrolment, schedules, budgets and equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position.
  • Experience in Call Center background would be added advantange.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), and instructional software.
  • Creative ability & writing proficiency.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
