Job Description

  • Provide onsite and remote IT support to customers 
  • Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain: 
    • PCs & laptops 
    • Servers & NAS 
    • Network devices (router, switch, WiFi) 
    • Printers & peripheral devices 
  • Assist in server, network, and VPN configuration 
  • Support cloud and VPS connectivity troubleshooting 
  • Perform system installation, migration, and basic maintenance 
  • Monitor and follow up customer support cases 
  • Prepare simple documentation and update job status

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field 
  • Basic knowledge in: 
    • Windows OS 
    • Networking & TCP/IP 
    • Router / Switch / WiFi setup 
    • Remote desktop & remote support tools 
  • Willing to travel for onsite customer support 
  • Responsible, responsive, and willing to learn 
  • Good communication and teamwork skills 
  • Have at least two (2) years of working experience in the related field
