IT Operation Support Service (SAS) Intern
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end enterprise applications (SAP/ non-SAP systems)
- Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI and collaborative solutions in SharePoint
Job Requirements
Educational background:
- Students who are taking Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or IT related fields
Job qualifications and knowledge requirements:
- Strong foundational knowledge in IT systems, software applications, or programming
- Willingness to learn enterprise systems (eg. SAP) and other business applications
- Basic experience or coursework in data analysis and reporting tools (eg. Power BI)
- Basic experience or coursework in web collaborations platforms (eg. SharePoint)
- Curiosity to explore how IT supports global business operations
