Job Description

• Manage and support the company’s social media accounts across platforms such as TikTok and Facebook. 
• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content including videos, reels, posters, and promotional materials. 
• Create TikTok and Facebook content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. 
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities. 
• Assist in promoting premium leather products and travel accessories through online and offline channels. 
• Support customer engagement by responding to enquiries and assisting with customer interactions. 
• Learn and support retail, business, and e-commerce daily operations. 
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and CapCut AI for content creation, research, and workflow improvements. 
• Research social media trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve marketing strategies. 
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team or management.

Job Requirements

Education

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in: 
• Business Administration 
• Marketing 
• Digital Marketing 
• Entrepreneurship 
• E-Commerce 
• Mass Communication 
• Or other related fields 

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing. 
• Basic understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or e-commerce platforms. 
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or basic design/editing tools is an advantage. 
• Basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar) is an added advantage. 
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. 
• Creative mindset with willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas. 
• Basic copywriting or caption writing skills are a plus.

• Responsible and able to work independently. 
• Team player with good collaboration skills. 
• Comfortable participating in content shoots or behind-the-scenes production.
