About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the complete e-commerce and digital marketing process, from content planning and creation to campaign execution and performance tracking.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in projects from concept to execution, gaining real-world experience in e-commerce operations, social media marketing, live streaming, and content production.
High-performing interns will be given priority consideration for full-time employment opportunities upon graduation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Assist in customer service operations, including order-related enquiries and issue resolution.
- Support return, exchange, and refund management processes.
- Follow up on customer feedback and help improve customer satisfaction.
- Support daily social media activities across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Participate in TikTok live streaming sessions, including planning, hosting, and performance monitoring (optional).
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Support photo and video shooting activities for products and promotional content.
- Perform basic photo and video editing for digital marketing purposes.
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer engagement activities.
What You Will Learn

Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

- Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in live streaming activities is an advantage (optional).
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
