About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and inventory system usage.

You will gain practical experience in managing daily warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the order fulfillment process in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship, subject to performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack parcels accurately based on incoming customer orders.
• Assist in daily order fulfillment and shipping operations.
• Perform stock receiving, checking, labeling, and shelving activities.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock reconciliation exercises.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper storage practices.
• Support inventory management activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Learn and utilize inventory management systems to track stock movement and inventory levels.
• Update inventory records and assist in monitoring stock availability.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock shortages.
• Support other warehouse and logistics-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Willing to learn warehouse operations and inventory management processes.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Responsible, proactive, and committed to accuracy.
