Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Administration intern to support our day-to-day operations. You will gain hands-on exposure across customer service, administrative coordination, data management, and basic finance processes including delivery orders, accounts payable, and collections.

Key responsibilities

Customer service

  • Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, or walk-in in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow up on outstanding issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

General administration

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, document management, and correspondence
  • Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and internal documentation
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and supporting team operations

Data entry & management

  • Accurately input and update data into the company's system or spreadsheets
  • Verify and cross-check records to ensure data integrity
  • Generate basic reports or summaries as required by the team

Delivery orders (DO), accounts payable & collection

  • Process and track delivery orders, ensuring documentation is complete and properly filed
  • Assist in verifying invoices and coordinating with suppliers/vendors on accounts payable matters
  • Support the collection team in monitoring outstanding receivables and following up with relevant parties
  • Prepare aging reports or payment summaries as directed

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); basic Excel skills such as formulas and filtering are a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing duties
  • Prior internship or part-time experience in admin/finance is preferred but not required
