Job Description

1. Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough product cost analysis and monitoring of BOM list to determine actual production costs.
2. Cost Comparison: Compare and evaluate supplier's pricing.
3. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory valuation ensuring accurate raw materials, work- in-progress & finished goods costing.
4. Data Management: Maintain and update costing information to ensure data accuracy for effective cost monitoring.
5. Shipment Management: Planning and monitoring of shipping activities such as submission of documentations such as Import and Export forms, renewal of licenses, etc.
6. Communication: Work closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics and/or supplier/customer for matters related to costing and shipping.
7. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years working experience in inventory costing and/or shipping work.
3. Able to work independently & thrive in a fast moving environment with tight schedules.
4. Attention to details & result-driven.
5. Ability to multi-task & work as a team.
6. Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel & knowledge in ERP will be an added advantage.
