• Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and campaign performance.
• Support coordination and communication between teams and partners.
• Assist in organizing and executing partnership initiatives.
• Help draft and prepare partnership agreements.
• Contribute actively to a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests for home services.
• Source new partners and execute creative partnership ideas. 

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates welcome; preferably major in Marketing, PR, Events, or Business.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strategic thinker, problem-solver, and team player.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Google Suite is a plus.
• Highly organized and able to manage confidential information.
• Self-motivated, energetic, eager to learn, and positive.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese/Cantonese a plus.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport (office is MRT-accessible).
