Job Description

• Dealing in Risk Management, Financial Planning services both Takaful & Conventional 
• Dealing with customer on analyzing their financial status and recommendations
• Conduct Fact Finding analysis of customer needs and wants to propose what best suits them. 
• Opportunity to get in touch in Company’s Self – Development Program 
• Involved in company administrative workflow
• Constantly identify new strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements. (e.g., prospecting through tele sales & mobile sales activities which include cold calling, attending sales launches, roadshow, referrals & inquiries. 
• Participate, plan and support sales activities. (e.g., marketing visitation/appointment, sales presentation on mortgage. 
• Assist client with mortgage application process.
• Achieved individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of branch target. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business/Insurance/Administration or equivalent
• Having a proactive, committed and dedicated attitude
• Good communication skill
• Flexible in accepting any related job assignment as needed
• Must be willing to learn, responsible when meeting timelines & able to multitask
• Have own transport
