Job Description

• Assist in mortgage and financial documentation processes. 
• Manage client data and company records. 
• Support in preparing reports and marketing materials.
• Provide assistance to the team in daily operations, including client communications.
• Learn and understand the financial products offered by the company.
• Learn and support risk management and financial planning strategies. 
• Participate in the company’s self-development and training programs.
• Collaborate with the team on new ideas, branding, and marketing strategies. 
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree students in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or related fields. 
• Interest in finance and mortgage industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a team. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must possess own transport and valid driving license.
