About The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Mortgage Consultant where you'll guide clients through one of their most important financial decisions. In this rewarding role, you'll build lasting relationships while enjoying uncapped earning potential and a supportive work environment designed for your success.

Compensation & Benefits

Allowance: RM 2,000 per month
Commission Structure: Earn up to 0.5% of successful mortgage values
Realistic Monthly Earnings: RM 8,000 - RM 12,000 for performers (including commission)
Flexible Working Hours: Design your schedule around client needs
Strategic Location: Central office in Setia Alam
Growth Path: Clear progression to Senior Consultant within 18-24 months

What You'll Do

Client Advisory: Guide clients through the mortgage selection process, helping them secure their dream homes
Financial Analysis: Assess clients' financial situations to recommend optimal mortgage solutions
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on competitive mortgage products across banks and insurance providers
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with property agents, banks and clients
Portfolio Management: Create tailored financial plans that align with clients' long-term goals

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

Education: Diploma and above in any field (Finance/Business preferred but not required)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or client-facing roles
Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building abilities, and basic financial knowledge
Qualities: Self-motivated, client-focused, and eager to learn
Licenses: RFP/CFP/PCE/TBE qualifications advantageous but not mandatory
