Job Description

• To solicit mortgage business referred by business partners i.e. developers, solicitors, real estate agents and valuers
• To maintain good customer relationship and close contacts with business partners for referrals
• To implement sales strategies / policies set by the management
• To be well conversant with changes in the marketing environment and to provide feedback to Management for appropriate action
• To ensure the accuracy of the data collection and maintenance of high-quality customer information, thus increasing the ability to service a customer
• To conduct frequent meeting or discussion with real estate agents/negotiators to generate new ideas and resolve problems.
• To promote and extend sale of financial service managed by the Company including but not limited to Mortgage Loan
• Participating in seminars organized by the company
• Organize, develop and execute marketing activities
• Dealing in Risk Management, Financial Planning services both Takaful & Conventional 
• Dealing with customer on analyzing their financial status and recommendations

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree or Experience in mortgage/ Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business/Insurance/Administration or equivalent
• Having a proactive, committed and dedicated attitude
• Good communication skill
• Flexible in accepting any related job assignment as needed
• Must be willing to learn, responsible when meeting timelines
• Have own transport
