 SALESMAN (FMCG)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell FMCG products to customers (retail shops, mini markets, supermarkets, wholesalers)
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities (new outlets)
• Visit outlets based on assigned route plan / territory
• Take orders from customers and ensure timely submission
• Ensure sufficient stock levels at outlets
• Maintain proper product display and merchandising standards
• Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and market activities
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports
• Follow up on delivery with logistics / warehouse team
• Ensure timely collection of payments (if required)
• Handle product returns or exchanges when necessary
• Submit daily / weekly sales reports to supervisor
• Update customer database and sales records
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Recommend products and promote ongoing promotions to customers

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales (FMCG experience is an advantage)
• Possess a valid driving license (Class D) and own transport
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
