Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and ensure the smooth, efficient, and systematic operation of the Depoh on a daily basis.
2. Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels while preventing stock discrepancies, losses, and wastage.
3. Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
4. Develop and execute sales, promotional, and marketing strategies to achieve sales target.
5. Prepare and submit daily operational and sales reports to HQ, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
6. Conduct daily morning briefings and monthly staff meetings to align employees with business objectives and operational updates.
7. Ensure all HQ directives, circulars, policies, and memos are effectively communicated to employees and properly understood.
8. Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate staff to achieve high performance, productivity, and customer service standards.
9. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely stock replenishment, delivery schedules, and operational support.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
11. Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
12. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
13. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
14. Strong leadership, inventory management, and team supervision skills.
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.

Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
First Saturday of every month: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Requirements

> Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

> Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management.
