About JAM

JAM is a leading livestream commerce and creator management company, connecting brands with creators through engaging content and high-converting livestream experiences. We work with top lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and FMCG brands across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee, while building our own creator IPs including JAM Beauty, JAM Mart, and JAM Bahasa.

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator who understands how to create content that captures attention, builds communities, and drives livestream traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Ideation

• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaign objectives and livestream schedules.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas based on platform trends, seasonal moments, and brand objectives.
• Research TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media trends to identify viral content opportunities.
• Develop content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and livestream attendance.

Content Production

• Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Write engaging hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs.
• Shoot lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, promotional, and educational content.
• Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
• Ensure all content aligns with each brand's identity and campaign objectives.

Livestream Support

• Create teaser videos and countdown content leading up to livestream sessions.
• Produce highlight reels, recap videos, and promotional assets after each livestream.
• Support livestream productions with content capture and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Collaborate with hosts and creators to produce engaging promotional content.

Creator Collaboration

• Work closely with Celebs, KOLs, livestream hosts, and talent to develop engaging content concepts.
• Assist in scripting and filming creator-led videos.
• Coordinate content schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Performance & Optimisation

• Monitor content performance across all platforms.
• Analyse metrics such as views, watch time, engagement rate, CTR, and conversions.
• Recommend improvements based on content insights and platform algorithms.
• Continuously test new content formats and creative approaches.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of bahasa content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and social media trends.
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Skilled in mobile videography and content editing.
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Passionate about e-commerce, livestream shopping, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle trends.

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience in TikTok Shop or Shopee livestream content.
• Have worked with KOLs, influencers, or creator agencies.
• Understand affiliate marketing and social commerce.
• Speak Bahasa Malaysia, and/or English.
