Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily livestream operations and coordinate livestream host schedules, tackle operational challenges, ensure seamless execution, and uphold a consistently high standard of content.
- Analyze livestream performance metrics using streaming tools like OBS, Wirecast, or vMix, and develop analytical and operational frameworks to inform decision-making.
- Conduct daily data tracking and continually refine the livestreaming approach for sales or campaign events to maximize viewer engagement.
- Facilitate livestream and product training sessions to boost host performance and enhance content delivery.
- Provide accurate product information and prompt customer support during live broadcasts.
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure livestream initiatives are aligned with current cosmetic market trends.
- Establish standardized operating procedures and performance evaluation frameworks to assess and improve livestream host effectiveness.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and share creative ideas to improve workflows
Job Requirements
- Qualification in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or similar disciplines
- Enthusiasm for livestreaming, influencer marketing, or online retail operations
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Facebook Live is advantageous
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Fluent in Mandarin and Malay, with basic skills in English
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a good team player
