Position Summary

The Projects & Operations Intern will support the day-to-day operations of JAM's business activities, including livestream commerce, content production, influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, and internal projects. This role provides hands-on exposure to the fast-growing creator economy, e-commerce, and media industry while developing strong project management and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Assist in coordinating ongoing projects, campaigns, and business initiatives across different business verticals. 
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution. 
• Follow up with internal teams, clients, creators, and vendors on project progress. 
• Prepare project trackers, meeting notes, and status updates. 

Livestream & Campaign Operations

• Support the planning and execution of livestream campaigns across various platforms. 
• Assist in coordinating hosts, creators, brands, and production schedules. 
• Monitor campaign deliverables and ensure completion according to agreed timelines. 
• Support event and livestream setup when required. 

Administrative & Operational Support

• Assist with documentation, data entry, reporting, and filing. 
• Maintain project records and operational documents. 
• Support invoice tracking, purchase requests, and administrative processes where necessary. 
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, shoots, campaigns, and events. 

Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with the Business Development, Content, Creative, and Operations teams. 
• Assist in research related to market trends, competitors, creators, and potential business opportunities. 
• Support management in special projects and new business initiatives. 
• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Management, or related fields. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools. 
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. 
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. 

Preferred Qualities

• Interest in social media, content creation, e-commerce, or the creator economy. 
• Proactive and resourceful when solving problems. 
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities. 
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability. 
• Fluent in English; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are advantageous.
