Job Objective
Identify new business opportunities, develop market expansion strategies, and lead the execution of growth initiatives from concept to successful implementation. This role requires someone who can independently research markets, evaluate opportunities, create actionable business plans, and drive execution while managing key business relationships effectively.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Growth
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Conduct market scanning to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Generate and manage partnerships and strategic collaborations.
- Lead negotiations and close business deals to achieve revenue and expansion targets.
2. Market Research & Strategic Planning
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis.
- Assess market potential, business viability, and commercial risks for new initiatives.
- Develop business cases, go-to-market strategies, and execution roadmaps.
- Monitor industry developments and recommend strategic actions to maintain competitiveness.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for management.
3. Project & Business Execution
- Lead new business initiatives from ideation to launch and operational execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
- Track project performance, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
- Solve operational and commercial challenges proactively to ensure business success.
- Continuously optimize processes and strategies to improve business outcomes.
4. Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Serve as a key point of contact for strategic accounts and business collaborations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills in managing diverse business relationships.
