Job Objective
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms for both retail and events businesses. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, audience engagement, brand storytelling, and digital marketing trends.
This role requires someone who can plan and execute social media campaigns, create engaging content, manage online communities, and support event promotions to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
1.Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Develop monthly social media calendars and campaign plans.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual presentation across all platforms.
2.Content Creation & Campaign Execution
- Create engaging content including captions, graphics, photos, videos, reels, and stories.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies when necessary.
- Support promotional campaigns for retail products, seasonal launches, sales, and events.
- Assist in brainstorming creative concepts for digital marketing and event promotions.
- Cover live events through real-time social media updates and audience engagement.
3.Community & Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong online community engagement.
- Monitor audience feedback and escalate customer concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to increase reach and visibility.
4.Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on performance data.
- Support digital advertising and boosted content initiatives where required.
5.Event & Retail Marketing Support
- Promote upcoming events, activations, and retail campaigns across digital channels.
- Assist in executing marketing activities before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate social media coverage for launches, exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional activities.
- Support in-store and event branding initiatives through digital engagement strategies.
