 We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Audit Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the audit department, ensuring high-quality audit engagements, and providing valuable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and execute audit engagements in accordance with auditing standards.
• Manage and supervise a team of auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Review audit working papers and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Identify risks and provide practical recommendations to improve internal controls, processes, and systems.
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay updated with changes in auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA or equivalent) is preferred. 
• Minimum [4] years of audit experience, with at least [2] years in a managerial or supervisory role. 
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and risk management. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
