Job Description
Own Jambu's voice across Instagram and TikTok - with real ownership over direction, working alongside the team and hired editors/designers to bring content to life. You'll also walk away with a letter of completion, and the potential to convert into a part-time or full-time role based on performance.
- Plan and execute content calendars across Instagram and TikTok, from teaser to post-event recap, and manage ad boosting
- Lead the direction for content - posts, reels and aftermovies - briefing the team and editors on what to create (you'll be trained first by our marketing lead); happy for you to shoot or edit yourself too if you're able, but not required
- Own community engagement - DMs, comments, stories and the Instagram broadcast channel - and help drive growth of Jambu's community through consistent engagement and a strong presence at events
- Write copy in Jambu's tone of voice across captions, posters and event collateral
Job Requirements
- An eye for what makes good content and what performs on Instagram/TikTok — hands-on shooting/editing skills a bonus, not required
- Genuinely active on Instagram/TikTok and plugged into platform trends
- Preferably pursuing (or recently completed) a diploma or degree — open to candidates of any age or background; able to commit 3–6 months
- Willing to attend events (including evenings/weekends) for community presence and content direction
- Interest in using AI tools to optimise workflow is encouraged, within reason — we want to keep the human touch in our content and voice
