- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Develop positive relationships with clients.
- Retain and expand sales to existing customer and develop new sales account
- Handle customer complaint and co-ordinate with respective department to ensure fulfillment of customer satisfaction
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor and report sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and forecasts).
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirement
- Sales driven and proactive to search for new leads
- Undergraduate / Diploma holders or equivalent in any field. SPM holders may also be considered with relevant experience
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good working attitude, problem solving and communication skills
- High integrity and able work independently and under pressure
- Computer literate especially in MS Word and MS excel
- Possess own transport with valid driving license
- Successful applicant will be based at either Klang or Sungai Buloh
