Job Requirements

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔍 Influencer Discovery

• Find potential creators on Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Creator Marketplace
• Identify influencers that match our brand aesthetic and values
   

✅ Vetting & Quality Control

• Review profiles using our checklist
• Evaluate engagement rate, content quality, and authenticity
   

💬 Direct Outreach

• Reach out to creators via Instagram DM & WhatsApp
• Follow prepared scripts to start and manage conversations
   

📊 CRM Management

• Update our automated tracking sheet
• Keep all collaborations organized and up to date
   

📦 Logistics Coordination

• Collect shipping details from influencers
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure pillows are sent on time

• Proactive, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
   

📱 Social Media Familiarity

✍️ Communication Skills
