We're looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Advisor to help our customers discover better sleep while driving our brand growth. This is a 100% Remote (Work From Home) position where you'll wear multiple hats—from customer conversations to creative campaigns.

Job Requirements

📞 Sales & Customer Success

• Guide customers through their sleep journey with personalized product recommendations
• Handle inquiries via chat, email, and social media with speed and care
• Turn conversations into sales while building lasting relationships

🎯 Marketing & Content

• Scout and manage influencer partnerships to amplify our reach
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies
• Create content briefs for ads, social posts, and campaigns
• Support creative testing initiatives for Facebook/Instagram ads
• Coordinate with the creative team to bring campaigns to life
