Job Description
What You’ll Do:
● Conduct thorough research on target markets to identify potential customers.
● Sourcing new sales opportunities via cold calling & reaching out to inbound leads given.
● Qualifying leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.
● Routing qualified leads to the appropriate sales specialist for closure.
● Nurture leads through effective communication and relationship-building techniques to progress them further into the sales funnel.
● Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation campaigns and strategies.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and customer information in our CRM system.
Job Requirements
What You’ll Need:
● 1 to 2 years’ experience in a lead generation or business development role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
● F&B + Retail tech background is a plus.
● Strong initiative, detail-oriented, autonomous while being collaborative.
● Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
● Knowledge of the Service + Retail industry or a passion for technology is a plus.
● Start up experience is a plus
